Request the deletion of your ReAwakening account and associated data, or ask about deletion of specific records.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your ReAwakening account and data associated with it, email mkvision333@gmail.com with the subject ReAwakening Account Deletion Request.
In your message, state that you want your ReAwakening account deleted. Include the Google account email you used to sign in to ReAwakening, if applicable, so we can identify your account. Do not send your password, OTP, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
What the request covers
After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify account-linked data that we control where applicable, including shared-service account identifiers, Hunter display name, Guild membership, and associated Guild/account records, subject to legal or operational requirements. If a Guild or shared record is associated with other members, we may need to retain a minimal non-identifying record to preserve their experience or comply with lawful obligations.
Local progress and Google Drive backups
Your quests, workout records, XP, achievements, and other progress are primarily stored on your device. You can remove device-local data using available app or Android storage controls. If you used optional Google Drive backup, you must also manage or remove the ReAwakening backup from your Google account's Drive app-data or connected-app controls where available. Removing local app data alone does not remove a Drive backup, and sending an account-deletion request does not automatically delete files stored under your Google account.
Purchases and third-party records
Google Play and RevenueCat handle subscription and purchase entitlements. We can remove or disconnect account-linked identifiers under our control as appropriate, but billing, purchase transaction, and legally required records held by those providers may be retained according to their own policies and obligations. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions through Google Play.
Retention and confirmation
We will review the request, verify account ownership when necessary, and communicate the result by email. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing, or legal compliance. Such retained records are kept only for the applicable operational or legal period; exact retention varies by record type and provider. We do not claim that all third-party records are immediately erasable.
Request deletion of specific data
You can also request deletion or correction of eligible specific ReAwakening shared-service data without necessarily deleting your account. Email mkvision333@gmail.com with the subject ReAwakening Data Deletion Request and describe the records concerned.
